At SV Printing and Transfers, we take great pride in producing high-quality DTF transfers, gang sheets, and custom prints. Every order is printed with precision and care to ensure it meets our exact quality standards before shipping.
Because all of our products are custom-made to order, certain conditions apply to returns and refunds. Please read the policy below to understand how we handle replacements, returns, and customer satisfaction.
1. Custom Orders Are Final Sale
All DTF transfers, gang sheets, and custom-printed items are made specifically for you.
Once your design is printed, it cannot be resold or reused — therefore, all sales are final.
However, if you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will replace it at no cost to you.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective in any way, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at

Once reviewed, we’ll reprint and reship your order as quickly as possible.
If the problem cannot be resolved with a replacement, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
3. Artwork and File Responsibility
Customers are responsible for uploading print-ready artwork.
We are not responsible for errors resulting from:

Low-resolution or blurry files

Transparent background issues

Spelling mistakes in the artwork

Incorrect file size or orientation
Our team reviews artwork for print quality but does not edit or redesign customer files unless requested.
4. Shipping and Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses.
Once an order is shipped, delivery is out of our control.
If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly for an update.
We’ll do our best to help track it and provide solutions when possible.
5. Order Cancellations
Because we begin production shortly after an order is placed, cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of purchase.
After that, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled or refunded.
6. Color Matching Disclaimer
Please note that colors may appear slightly different between your screen and the final printed transfer.
We calibrate our printers for the most accurate results possible, but exact color matching is not guaranteed due to digital screen variations.
7. Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong size, quantity, or design, contact us immediately.
We’ll verify your order details and reprint the correct product at no cost to you.
8. Refund Eligibility Summary
Refunds are only approved in the following cases:
✅ Damaged or misprinted items
✅ Missing items in shipment
✅ Orders canceled before printing begins
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
9. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges since all items are custom-printed.
If your product is defective or incorrect, we’ll replace it with a new one of the same specifications.
