At SV Printing and Transfers, we know how important it is to receive your DTF transfers, gang sheets, and custom prints quickly and safely.
That’s why we take pride in offering fast production times, reliable delivery, and clear communication from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your door.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and printed in the order they’re received.
Our standard production time is 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Processing time may vary depending on:

Order size and complexity

File quality or artwork revisions

Peak seasons and holiday volume
We’ll email you as soon as your order is complete and ready to ship or pick up.
2. Shipping Options
We ship all orders from our print shop located in Whitwell, Tennessee.
Shipping options are displayed during checkout and typically include:

Standard Shipping (3–5 business days)

Priority Shipping (1–3 business days)

Express Shipping (1–2 business days)
All transit times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and begin after your order has been printed and packaged.
3. Local Pickup
Local customers near Whitwell, TN, can choose Local Pickup at checkout.
Once your order is ready, we’ll send an email with pickup instructions and available times.

4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

We do not charge handling fees — you pay only the actual carrier rate.
5. Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your package’s progress.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once a package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for shipping delays, damages, or losses caused by the carrier.
If your package appears lost or delayed:

Contact the carrier (UPS, USPS, or FedEx) for an update.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We’ll review and, if applicable, replace your product.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order.
We cannot refund or reship orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice a mistake immediately after ordering, contact us within 1 hour at sequatchieprinting@gmail.com.
8. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
We are working toward expanding international shipping options in the near future.
9. Weather or Carrier Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier network issues.
While these are beyond our control, we’ll always do our best to help resolve any delivery concerns.
